Hi, do any of you solder the copper "feet" to dials? I have a Hamilton-Ball dial that someone scandalously sheared off the dial-feet in order to GLUE the dial to a Waltham-Ball !!! :-( Dial is too nice (one hairline) to waste, but I'm not skilled at soldering nor have any idea at what temps the ceramic will start to pop off the copper base or something... Any references or suggestions? Thanks! | |||
