hi everybody, Todd the beginner here.
just finished cleaning and reassembling a 1929 Elgin size 10 in a Regal B&B case. it is working well, but getting the impulse jewel into beat was quite a job. where do i go to find a new crystal for this watch? I went through the supply house directory but it doesn't say who sells what.
any help would be appreciated
thanks to all in advance
Todd

P.S.
I'm having a blast, i love this!
new and exciting,
I want to learn all I can.
I just hope i don't destroy too many things of beauty in the process of learning.

Todd,
Is this a round or fancy shaped crystal..If it is round you just need to measure the opening in the bezel and contact William White on this group...You can send him the bezel and he will install one for a few extra dollars or if you are sure of your measurement just tell him your measurement he will send the crystal to you and you can install it yourself......
