Have two 992b's that I can't get the second hand on.They are correct hands bought from two diffent sources with correct minute and hour hands. The hour and minute hands fit just fine but the seconds hands will not push on either watch. They are not nos.Tube to small it appears. How to fix broaching? If so what size broach do I need? Thanks Roger

A small tapered cuting broach is what you need too open up the hole..
