What is the best oil to use in a watch? Do you all chose to use different weights in different areas? Do you chose to use different weights with different size watches? I have been using Mobeius 9010/2 with good success and was wondering who uses what and where. Thanks, Aaron | |||

Aaron, I use four different kinds of oils: 1. Synthetic Barrel Grease (home made) 2. Synth-750 3. 9010/2 4. 941 Frank "407" Kusumoto | |||

I have been using chrono tpe 7 oil, it is made in france and is a red colour.I also use stem grease on the setting mechanism and on the mainspring barel arbour.I am swithing to Nye synthetic watch oil when i use up all my old oil or maybe sooner.Also white lithium grease for some lube jobs too. | ||||
