Thoughts please on why my second hand is not sweeping yet minute & hour function properly.Can I observe from the back of movement a symptom before removing dial? Could be time for cleaning & oil I presume. Thanks

There could be a number of reasons, simplest a loose second hand, the rest would need to be looked at to give a idea of the problem.
