repairing or making a roller table "Click" to Login or Register

Repairing or making a roller table, does anyone have experience in this?

I ask as I have one that isn't available anymore. It has a small chip in the guard opposite the roller jewel.
I can attempt to aneal it and then machine a new one and press it on. Getting the notch right could be hard.
Hard silver solder or possible braze to fill in the chip.

What type are you needing, someone might have a parts movement with one?

It's for a Gruen model 380 or 385.

It's about a size 12, "veri-thin".
