Removing an Omega Crystal "Click" to Login or Register

I have just obtained a previously owned Omega De Ville automatic watch.
On the back it is marked waterproof 166033 tool106. I can easily remove
the bezel, but cannot seem to get the crystal, an Omega crystal, out.
It appears to be glued in. Any suggestions.

I though there was just a brass or metal ring on the inside. Just remove it and the crystal should pop out.

It may have been glued in to prevent leakage..

I was able to remove it with a crystal tool, but it took a lot of pressure to get it out. Other suggestions, which I did not try basically said to pressurize the watch and the crystal would pop out.
