Can anyone tell how to break down the ratchet wheel on the 950,952?
I can see the it is screwed to the arbor.

Billy there are people who know a lot more about it than I do, but until they tell you I'll give it a try. I just very carefully take the screws out and push the arbor out. The thing to remember is, when you put it back together you have to make sure to screw the screws back in evenly to be sure the arbor has the proper "flat" fit again to the ratchet wheel. Something like putting a tire on a car, when you tighten the nuts you chis cross as you tighten them.
