This lists shows the "date finished", "date sold", and "sold to" information for the first 50 992B serial numbers (C001-C050). The "sold to" information is without significance or meaning unless someone has a cross reference they could post. Serial numbers C016-C020 is left blank for some unknown reason. As the list clearly shows, the watches were not completed in serial number order. Robert Courtesy of Don

Robert, We are all so very grateful to you and Don for helping with this project. There is much we are all learning from this great information being shared openly for the first time. For example, if anyone ever believed these watch movements were finished in numerical order this list you posted puts that myth to rest. We know from previously released information that 940 of the 992B watches were shipped in November of 1940 and those would have obviously carried far higher serial numbers than any of these so-called "early" watches! Very interesting information. Lindell

I have transcribed the hand-written serial numbers from the "Hamilton Serial Number Ledger" (C001-C050) into chart form. Hope this will be easier to read. Robert
