Does anyone reconize this movement. I know it is probably swiss but I do not beleive that Mayflower was the company. Dial is also marked with only Mayflower

Hi Robert

Your movement is sure a swiss made.

In my eyes is has a very Agassiz style looking. The 3/4 plate dessign and the click spring are exactly the same as used by Agassiz. H ave a look at page 468 of 'the book'. At least the movement came from the same source.
But as Eathan sometimes states: If it is not marked XYZ it is not an XYZ.
I would name this as 'Agassiz style swiss movement 1880 - 1890 marked Mayflower'.

Regards
Gerald
