Hi Everybody, Could anyone identify the ebauche maker whose symbol was 'A' inside the shield, please? The movement in question is 17j with Incabloc in a 0-size nurse's watch by Voltaire c. late 50s/early 60s. Many thanks for any help and best to all for a merry Christmas and prosperous 2011.

Hi Tom, Thank you very much for the helpful info! You give me a starting point for further learning. On the subject, are you aware of a handy-dandy list of ebauche makers' marks anywhere? Thank you again, Tom, and, once more, best to you and yours for an excellent 2011. Cheers,
Mike
