You have a very common Swiss bar movement from the mid-19th century. It has a cylinder escapement, which was used on less expensive watches, is an inferior escapement to the lever escapement which eventually superseded it, and, worst of all, is very difficult to repair. These Swiss bar movements are almost always anonymous and almost always impossible to identify as the product of a particular maker.
