As long as there is some interest in the Arnold name..Here is an example from 1831.. It is from the short lived partnership between John Roger Arnold and Edward John Dent.. 1830 thru 1840.. Later Frodsham bought out Arnold after his death..Dent went on to Big Ben Fame..

Arnold and Dent, two great names in horology.

Does anyone know the relationship between John R. Arnold and The John Arnold? Is there any?

Very fine looking example John. Think I am going to really like this International Forum. Great watchmakers and history will be found here!

If I remember correctly, Arnold and Breguet traded sons, that is, they had their sons apprentice with the other.
