This Achille Hirsch "Utmost" Repeater has some simple issues, Case Screws that fit, dial repair, ans most of all fitting the winding stem to the case. Suggestions are welcome

Stem Situation

The stem is usually held in by a bar at the top of the movement, visible on the dial side, that goes into a deeper cut in the stem. You can't insert the stem all the way unless the screws holding the bar are loose. I am guessing that one or both of the 2 screws visible on each side of the smaller winding wheel are the ones that loosen the bar. The best way to see is to remove the dial first.

The dial can be partially repaired using bright white automotive gloss paint and a miniature brush.
