Hi there
Can anyone help with information on a 7 jewel Buren half hunter I have just aquired, the serial number on the movement is 9933382 - its just possible that there is one more number under the plate. it is in a case stamped the Illinois Watch Case Co. of Elgin USA and is stamped with the number 333037
I know nothing about Buren watches and so would be grateful for any information as to its age and quality

I have had numerous Buren's over the years and they are fine time pieces as well as great time keepers. As far as I am concerned they truley do not get the respect that they deserve.
