i can see only one screw hole for fix watch dial,what's about another protruding pillar? It is a JE Caldwel &Col pocket watch,which contain a Vacheron Constantin movement.thanks

Jun Li, it looks to me like an interference fit dial, does not have dial screws, a press fit.

I agree with Bila, that is a "press-fit" dial. While the barrel is removed you can carefully press the dial out with your thumb, it should pop right out.
