I recently acquired a private label pocket watch dial marked McMillan, Ottawa. It is a high-grade 21 jewel, adjusted to five position, whiplash regulator, marked Regent do any of you European experts know who manufactured under this name? I will try to post some photos later. Larry Buchan | ||

I have found the answer to my question. Roy Ehrhardt's book on Trademarks indicates the Regent watches were made by the Gruen Watch Company. I will post some photos on my Canadian Private Labels thread later. | |||
