Mark T. LeeHalf Hunter cases
Comparatively speaking, there are few half hunter, or demi-hunter cases. Were they only available to individuals by jewelers; or available from a manufacturer by special order? I can not say that I have ever seen a watch in a half hunter case that was specifically advertised by its manufacturer. In general, can anyone give me more details about them? Thanks.

Tom McIntyreHalf hunters are much more common on English watches and American watches for the English market. They were never a popular style in the U.S. but I have seen a few American demi-hunter cases. They are more common on smaller watches in the U.S. than on 16 or 18 size.

Mark T. LeeTom;
Thanks! At least now I know why I see so few of them on American watches.
