Wittnauer PW mov't help-what caliber? "Click" to Login or Register

I have this 17.5 ligne Wittnauer pocket watch movement I can't identify the caliber. Broken winding stem and I need one. The only marking are on the dial side that show A. Wittnauer, Monopol, and 615 as well as Swiss. I tried a 17L Wittnauer stem that did not work. Any ideas?

Ernest,
this is most likely a Longines calibre, being as the two companies are associated!

To be hoest, if you have part of the stem still in the watch and able to make stuff, it might be quicker to make one by hand, they're not that hard to do if you're handy with a file and small lathe work.

Best regards

John
