Thank you for you reply. I'd like to know the model, the year of issue, if it has been published on a book or catalogue .... P.S.: it was my father's watch but I've never seen another V&C like this one.

you will have to show us the movement to find the model and year by serial# but looks to be 1940's production 17/18 jewels very nice and very collectible watch and most likely it will be in 14 or 18 K gold case look for halmarks on inside of the case.
