Help with identification - Fusee, R de Coverley, London

Hi, all.

There is a number 8680 on the plate. Pierced balance cock with a solid foot, looks like a Tompion regulator.

Case hallmark is a "u" but it is not easy to decide 1795 or 1835, the latter more likely I think.
