I recently purchased a Girard-Perregaux Five Minute Reapter in a 14k HC. I have not been able to find much information about the watch - I was told that it was given as a years of service gift in 1893 along with a 10k Private Dective Badge (the badge is inscribed as such on the back.) Is there anyway to confirm the age and does anyone know of a good source for information on G.P. Repeaters? ![]()

that's a lovely badge also,

1893 would likely be a good date based on movement construction
