Swiss watch for Chinese market

I am interested in finding a watch-smith that can clean and adjust this watch. I know it is a complex valuable watch, and I don't have the skill set to disassemble and clean it. I don't just want to send it to anyone not recommended by the group. Abell is out of pocket for two months.
