Movement ID help "Click" to Login or Register

This was an impulse purchase and I am pretty sure it is just a run of the mill BAR movement. I think it is marked

Cylindre Quatre rubis
which I think means cylinder escapement 4 jewels

I cannot make out the mark in front of the number, the engraving is just too ornate for my old eyes to make out.

The movement has no markings at all.

The Shugart gudide has a listing for
'Non-gold pre 1850 BAR movement' that looks very much the same as this. It is hard to be sure as the picture wasn't very detailed.

If anyone can help with more information, I would truly appreciate it.

Thanks
jeff

I'm guessing the markings in front of the serial numbers is N O 30577 or Number
