Need Help to Identify a 1/4 Repeater "Click" to Login or Register

Hi all,
I have a Gold 1/4 Repeater, marked PEGASUS, that I would like to identify. I found nothing on the Internet until now.
Can anybody help me? I would like to identify the manufacturer, possibly date it, and assess his value, eventually.
