The signature on the movement could be 'T Jackson' and there is a 'Thomas Jackson' listed in Clerkenwell, London 1783 - 1810 in Baillies reference.
This would fit with the case hallmarks.

Assuming the casemakers mark Is 'CT' incursive, then it's probably for:

Charles Tisdall, who registered the mark 12. Dec. 1807, again on 5.July 1810 and finally 5th July 1822.
All registrations for premises at 13 Greenhill Rents? Presumeably London?

There is 1x other listed for Charles Terry on Aldersgate St, but for 1773 and is not in the registers.
No other 'CT' incursive marks are listed.

The Greecian columns may also read (roman) III and be a hint at George III, King of England 1760 - 1820,'Farmer Goerge'.

Steve this watch is dated and connected to a maker. Can you take a last picture of the movement, sideways showing one pillar for my database.
