Hi all.
As I was rummaging through my stash, I found this beauty that I have had for a while. The interesting thing about this is that it was modified and hopefully improved by the students at the Swedish Watchmakers School (SUFY, Sveriges Urmakareförbunds Yrkesskola) in Borensberg. This is a lovely watch with a display back, a twin to the bezel in the front. Just thought I would share it with you.

Regards, Krister.

Thanks for showing that, nice photos and the watch looks as clean as could be, I like the way the movement is so open.

Thanks Tom.
Yes, I like it too. It gives you an opportunity to see how a watch is working and that is great for an amateur like me. Had it been more open it would have been sceletonized I guess. It also shows some of the differences in American and European watchmaking philosophy. Only the essentials on the dial, case and movement. Simple could also be beautiful if it's done with style.

Regards, Krister.

I´ve tried to compare to two of mine, but I can´t see the difference!
What was the modification?

My WWW collection is now complete, time to look for new ventures!

Werner, I have been told that they made or modified the regulator, but as I can see on your lower movement, it looks to be the same. On the other hand, that is the first time I see that kind of regulator on a Cal. 67. Besides mine, that is. I have always wondered why they would put in such a regulator instead of the micro regulator but apparently they didn't.
