Grant, I came across this on ebay through a completely different search, and thought you'd find it of interest.

Hopefully someone will help post the link for me.

The item number is 5021994352.

Apparently they were sold by Hayden Wheeler from his shop back in 1914.

Lindell V. Riddle

The movement is Swiss, rather ordinary except for the connection Mark found.
