It's actually a 3 register chronograph with the standard center seconds register but minute and hour registers arranged together on the small 12 hour dial...at least that's what it looks like to me. The watch is not only unique, but also high quality and very beautifully made.

Werner Rosierscript on the dial for "Ferrocarril de Antioquia" was the name for the railroad in Medellin, Colombia.
