You Can't Know a Book from its Covers
I just acquired a very pretty little Livre D'Heures (Book of Hours), which is about 2.4 inches/56mm tall, 1.9 inches/48mm wide and about .4 inches/11mm thick, in red leather with gold leaf page edges.
