I lost my translation of the above engraving. The presentation is on an unusual Russian Zaria brand watch with a quartz movement.
When the sides of the leather covered outer case are pulled apart an image of Leonid Brezhnev pops up.
Help with a translation would be greatly appreciated!

this one was presented to Brezhnev my Russian as my English are not the best.
Perhaps others will do better.
looks like one year before his death
