John WoolseyHappy New Year Jerry, and a nice catch too!
I doubt Very Very much that this will have a Swiss movement in it, but I'm always prepared to be corrected

Appears to me to be a nice well jewelled example of an English Lever movement by a well respected maker.
Check the teeth on the escape wheel, I feel pretty certain it will have pointed teeth and not the usual 'club tooth' format.
Some of these early English levers were later converted to a club tooth arrangement as they were less prone to damage and a bit more forgiving to repair.
Best regards
John
