this PW with calendar has been built by Adamir Sandoz ,had called simplified calendar . up to 1894 it was in society with August Meylan then with Boucherin it was in Rue David Pierre Bourquin in La Chaux De Fonds

I agree. But I know so little about European watches such as this that I don't know how nice. That is what the owner asked me to determine.
She is a jeweler and told me the hands each have a rose diamond (barely visible in the photo).
