I really like those wolf tooth movements, I don't know anything about the watch but it looks like the top left photo on page 558 of the 2009 guide.

A very nice and typical Vacheron & Constantin movement, late 1910's, 19j, probable made for the US market. Please show more photos (case details and dial). diameter ?

V&C update,
Just got my V&C back from Chris Abell. He cleaned and serviced the watch and it keeps railroad watch time. Thanks Chris Wink
