Neither GH Baillie or Loomes list a watch or clock maker by that name.

Do you have an approx time period that might have been working?

I am going to guess about 1840s the watch in question is a key wind

Well I searched the census for the United Kingdom & I didn't have any luck with a watchmaker with that name, sorry.
