Roger StephensI did pill the dial to see what was stamped on
the dial plate and the only thing there was the numbers 27786.I assume this to be the serial number.

Gerald ZimmermannHi Roger
The watch is very likely swiss made for the german market.
'Triumphator was a trademark used by Ludwig & Fries, a German trader from Frankfurt. The case is gold plate ( 10 years in german).
The movements reminds me of Zenith.
Ludwig & Fries (founded 1853) was the trader where one of the first great andd professional collectors of poccket watches Carl Marfels worked for many years.
