Ball-Waltham Hunter (I Think?) "Click" to Login or Register

Listed below is a Ball watch that I have an oppurtunity to purchase. The watch has several issues. The watch will only keep time when the crown or stem is pushed in. When you push the stem in you can wind the watch but the stem springs back. Should this movement be in a hunter case? Also, I see no lever. You are able to set the watch when the stem springs out. After viewing the pictures and hearing the issues, could someone give me an ideal as to what the watch may be worth? Is this a railroad watch with 16 jewels?
Thanks,

Joey:

What you have here is a Ball 16 size Commercial Standard, Hunter movement in an open face case, they were not Railway Grade and were sold to the public by the Ball Watch Company. This would not be as valuable as a Railway Grade hunter cased watch.
