I have a question about Ball advertising. In the later years, after Webb Ball was gone, did the company ever send out mail order catalogs? I've never seen or heard ofany,of any, if so are any available to look at online? Thanks!

As is well known, Webb C Ball died in 1922. I have a range of Ball catalogs, dating from 1894, the most recent being dated 1922. I have not come across any individual catalog that is more recent.

However, on pages 66 to 69 of the 1977 American Pocket Watch Price Indicator, published by the late Roy Ehrhardt, there is a reproduction of a 1934 Ball watch catalog.

I have Norris-Alister-Ball Bridges catalog from 1930 700 pages, Book cover title: the Blue Book (for) Jewelry Store. Also I have the 1931 Blue book title page stating The Ball Co. Successor to Norris-Alister-Ball etc. Chicago.740 pages, This was after their relocation to Chicago from Cleveland. Selections include Ball watch lines and the railroad watches, as well as watches from the other companies, Hamilton/Illinois, Waltham, and others.
