Has any one heard of a Ball 999P? "Click" to Login or Register

I was in a watch shop the other day and saw a ball pocket watch. I was told it was a Ball 999P with sapphire pallets, in a Philadelphia Watch company case. The watch was size 16 and was suppose to be from 1930.

Any thoughts?
