So I have this Hamilton case with S/N 4741105
all # are same on case is this case correct for 992b
movement?

That's a variant of the gold-filled version of the Hamilton Case Model No. 12 (pendant shoulders).

It's an uncommon case and would be correct for a 992B circa 1942-1948. It would make a nice combination with a Signature Type 2 992B, which is what I have in my example.

The more common version of the Case 12 is base metal (chrome-plated brass), which I have never seen with pendant shoulders.

IMHO that movement would be fine in your case 12.

From the diamond crossbar hands I'm guessing it's a Signature Type 2.
