1250366 should be a 18s 17j model 3 grade 61 or 61-S lever set open face.

Made in 1894, there were supposedly 899 made in 24 runs from 1890-1895. Temperature, positions, isochronism, jewels in settings

I will see if I can find anything on the jeweler.

Looks like the jeweler was probably;
Duncan, Irvine

Here is a ad from the 1891 Syracuse City Directory. If you want to know more about him let me know.

Tom,
Thanks for the information. I will have to add this one with the Central City and get to Syracuse some time to look up more information on both.

When you go look he might have lived in Camden, Oneida, NY first. There was a Irvine Duncan that was a jeweler there, he was born Sept. 1841 in New York. It looks like he was in Camden in the early 1880's & then Syracuse.

I don't know the area back there so maybe they a neighboring towns?

It looks by 1900 that he was a widow but still a watchmaker in Syracuse.

He also is listed in a 1890 Veterans Schedule from Syracuse NY as having been a Private in Company L of the 14th NY Infantry from 1862-1863

Tom,
Camden is about 35 miles NE of Syracuse as the crow flies.
I did a google on him last night and found a little info. His father was Seth and a jeweler. Irvine was listed in a business directory of 1860 as 19 years and a jeweler. I believe he is the same one from Camden.
Thanks again for the help.
