Factory-marked Elgin display cases

I own several 16 and 18s display cases from Hamilton, Illinois, and Waltham. I've seen Hampden display cases, with and without bows.

I've yet to see an Elgin display case. Can anybody tell me if they exist?

Eric,

I've looked over what Lindell has on hand and I concur with your observations that there are display cases for Hamilton, Hampden, Illinois and Walthams, but for Elgin there were not any.
