Richard JohnsonWhat Movement is Correct for Hamilton Cross Bar Case
Hi,
I have a chart that shows the correct movement for Hamilton Factory Cases but I can't verify if it is complete. Can someone tell me what movements would have been factory cased for the Hamilton Cross Bar case.
Information indicates a 992 and a 996 would be correct. How about a 950? Should that be included?
Regards
Rick

Bila WirriganwaltersNot necessarily correct for any of them, dependent on the date of manufacture of the movement, as I think (stand to be corrected by someone much more knowledgeable) the Crossbar Hamilton case did not come into existence until around 1924.

Robert McClellandRichard in addition to the 992 and 996, some 950's were sold in the crossbar (RR) case in 1925 & 1926.
