Paul D. TrombleyI just picked up an 11J Wm Ellery #603074 with a coin silver case in very similar condition for $89 with a book value of 200/300/400
My 2005 book values the 15J KW Appleton Tracy at the same 200/300/400.
Your case is in better condition, dial better condition, has the Appleton Tracy name, Open Tulip hands... it should fetch a few dollars more than I paid for my example.

David AbbeThe Hand written production record show your A.T.&Co. movement was started in March-April 1877 and was finished with "4 pr's Jewels (15 Jewel Movement) and was "Ex. Adj." meaning it had at least some position adjustments.
All that said, the Book values it at $200-275.00, but I would add another $250.00 for the case and the "Ex. Adj." which would qualify it as being early RR capable.
