Roger StephensEugene, how did and where did you find those?
October 07, 2012, 11:13
Eugene BuffardI have a total of 4 cross hatches. These 2. Plus # 2798662, 2798215. The last one I picked up on the flea bay. # 2868821 It still is not running perfect. and it looks a little better than When I received it about 3 days ago.
1 Is False bridge, 3 or True bridge.
Every time I see one I double check the Sangamo Data Base hoping to find a consecutive # for my self or another lucky IHC member. For all you new members it is down in the Illinois section of the main pages.

Eugene BuffardBrian if I sold you one of my connectives then There would not be any connectives living at the same home.
This must be rare find as it are the only 2 listed in the Data Base. SO FAR!!!!!

Bruce StewartI had something unusual happen to me about 8 months ago. Like others in the club, I am always looking for consecutive numbers and for me that meant Illinois "Stewart Specials." Well, in one week, there were two 12s Stewart "brothers" for sale on eBay... one in Texas and one in Ohio. I nailed the first one, then I bid an outrageous amount for the second one. In the end, the pair cost me a hair over $125

The frosting on the cake is going to be the two NOS cases I have that also have consecutive numbers. The only thing keeping me from posting pictures is I still have to get matching dials. I always thought I would find a "Stewart Special" that was consecutive with one already in my collection, but to find both on eBay in the same week from two different sellers was pretty unusual.
