*H&H Jewlers Mark, who are they?

Any idea who *H&H is? I have a couple of their pocket watch chains too.

I've been told it stands for "Hamilton & Hamilton, Jr. Company of Providence, Rhode Island, in business from 1871 to 1922." I don't have any other information or know if it's the same as my chains. I have no cases made by them, just a couple of chains.
