My latest acquisition is this 16S, 23J Howard made by Waltham. Serial #1005260. I would guess it to date to about 1903-04. It probably was in a gold case, but is presently in a GF case. If anyone has a proper gold case and may be interested in selling, please contact me Jerry Freedman
