Lorne WasylishenI had a movementa while back that I was trying to identify and after looking at enough of them I was convinced it was a Tavannes. A lot of their watches of that era have that patent #.
Berlin was the place Pequegnat clocks were made and they changed the name to Kitchener during WWI.

Bill MandersLorne,
The movements sure look the same, with the exception of the winding wheels being reversed.
I will go with a Tavannes, the one I showed is obviously just a 7 jewel, unadjusted one, but the markings are the same.
Thanks,
Bill

Dan CarterThe wheels are probably reversed since one is a Hunter movement (Stem at the 3 o'clock) and the other is a regular /open face movement (Stem at the 12 o'clock).
