Dave FreemanChris,
here's an Illinois Santa Fe Special dial which has you see is pretty similar in style
to your watch, Ethan's and Lindell's.

Lawrence P. JonesChris,
I will add my two cents. I've not seen a dial like yours that is pictured. I added one that I have on a 19j Sangamo Special. It doesn't look like any of the others other than it has a 'Gothic' look to it that you associate with the Sangamo and Sangamo Special watches

Lawrence P. JonesHere is the movement for the dial. It is a true bridge. But that doesn't answer your question on how rare your dial is. The one on this movement looks like the dial on the Bunn, so there are two that appear to be the same.
