hello all. I want to pick your brains just a little and ask you to tell me about this watch I have. it is a 992 #791193. what case should it have, are the hands and dial correct, etc... any info would be very much appreciated.

The Montgomery dial looks great and I would suggest finding some Hamilton Medium Spade hands. The case while a recase could be vintage for that watch, the only difference would be to have a case with no extra case markes. Check out the Hamilton I have on eBay for what might be mostlky original period fitments.
